RELOCATION TO NEW MARSHALLING YARD ON 100/120 CHERRY STREET

Hello,

The Toronto condominium market has proven to remain strong, with plans already underway to convert our current Bathurst Street marshalling yard into real estate. This yard has been in high demand by condominium developers, and we have been working diligently over the past few years to secure a new marshalling yard location.

As of August 1st, 2011, the new location of the MTCC marshalling yard will be in operation at 100/120 Cherry Street. The current marshalling yard at 24 Bathurst Street will no longer be operational.

The new marshalling yard is conveniently accessible, only 3.8 km from the MTCC, or about a 5 minute drive away.

(A) DIRECTIONS TO MTCC NORTH BUILDING, WEST RAMP

1. Head north on Cherry St. (toward Lakeshore Blvd.)
2. Slight left onto Lake Shore Blvd.
3. Turn right onto Yonge St.
4. Turn left onto Wellingston St.
5. Turn left onto John St.

  Entrance to the West Ramp will be to your left.

(B) DIRECTIONS TO MTCC NORTH BUILDING, EAST LOADING DOCK & WEST FREIGHT ELEVATOR

1. Head north on Cherry St. (toward Lakeshore Blvd.)
2. Slight left onto Lake Shore Blvd.
3. Turn right onto Lower Simcoe St.
4. Turn left toward MTCC Internal St.

  Entrance to the East Loading Dock will be immediately to your left.

(C) DIRECTIONS TO MTCC SOUTH BUILDING LOADING DOCK & TRUCK ELEVATOR

1. Head north on Cherry St. (toward Lakeshore Blvd.)
2. Slight left onto Lake Shore Blvd.
3. Turn right onto Lower Simcoe St.

  Entrance to Loading Dock will be immediately to your left.
  Entrance to the Truck Elevator is 80m ahead to your left.
